Step into the rich and storied world of agave spirits with Todd Mulhair, a passionate importer and educator who has spent over a decade immersing himself in Mexico's diverse agave culture. Since 2011, Todd has journeyed deep into the heart of Oaxaca, Guanajuato, Puebla, and Jalisco, forging connections with the families and artisans who craft mezcal, tequila, raicilla, bacanora, sotol, and more. My mission is to bring the authentic essence of these spirits to Minnesota.

This class will be focusing on the multiple different agave species and varietals used to make mezcal and how these different species play a role in the final product.
